In this episode I ask you some important questions to help you see where you are holding back, censoring your thoughts, or watering down your message because you fear being misunderstood. It's something many of us grapple with, especially in today's climate where even everyday conversations can feel like minefields.

So, join me as I explore the uncharted territory of speaking our truth, embracing the chance of being misunderstood, and discovering the profound beauty that lies in genuine conversations. It's time to let our unfiltered selves shine.

#063 - The fear of being left behind

#063 - The fear of being left behind

Lately, I've been thinking about the labels society places on us. You might know me as a content creator or influencer, but that's just scratching the surface. My work delves deep, involving research and mentorship. I'm all about exploring self-sabotage and self-censorship and understanding the human experience.

For fellow creatives and entrepreneurs, here's a friendly tip: Ditch the "content" label. Take breaks from social media, hone your craft, and live your ideas. Don't rush or mimic others without understanding and don't let algorithms or others' expectations dictate your path.

Remember, your worth is not defined by societal labels or external validation, but by your authenticity and commitment to your craft.

#062 - Tough lessons: owning your toxicity, using your voice confidently, the truth about success

#062 - Tough lessons: owning your toxicity, using your voice confidently, the truth about success

Prepare yourself for a thought-provoking exploration of three profound life lessons that shaped my path. Last year Steven Bartlett created a Self Development Coaching project, and I was one of the selected coaches.

I led the segment on mental health and different elements of spirituality, but through the lens of very grounded, realistic, sustainable self-improvement. I recently found many of the notes and lessons I did within that program. There were around 12 lessons, so today I'm sharing three of my favourite ones.
I share what sparked my path to becoming a confident speaker, why feeling victimised is stopping you from moving forward and how you view success (and not just in the entrepreneurial sense). So tune into this episode and hear me share these lessons, see how some of them have changed for me along the way, and let's create a conversation.

    #061 - Confession: I've been writing timidly

    #061 - Confession: I've been writing timidly

Ever wondered what it feels like to get feedback that challenges you to truly be yourself? Well, I've had that experience recently when I received feedback on the first draft of my book. My editors were quick to point out that I was holding back in my writing. Sure, it stung a bit, but I've come to realise the value of their honesty. Let's be real, sharing openly about this is important.

As a writer, I've come to understand the power of seeking feedback. Although I'll admit, at first, it felt like a blow, I've come to embrace feedback as a chance for my personal growth. Striking that balance between staying true to myself and considering outside perspectives is a journey I'm fully engaged in.

I also share how hitting the milestone of turning 31 has sparked some deep reflections for me. This journey towards sobriety and self-improvement has been a wild ride. Not all smooth sailing, for sure, but each experience has played a part in shaping the person I am today.

#059: After Dark: How erotic massages changed my life!

I'm excited to share that I've just submitted my 30,000-word manuscript to my agent, and when I hand in my manuscript to my editor in a few days, my gift to myself is going to be a three hour tantric massage. Yes, it's an erotic massage - but it truly is so much more!

Many people find solace and empowerment in these practices, allowing them to rediscover intimacy and heal deep wounds. Join me as I share my personal experiences of the intense effects of these massages. I can't emphasize enough how life-changing it can be.

Remember, you deserve to feel whole and free in your own skin. By exploring my own liberation, I share how embracing your sensuality can ripple positively through all areas of your existence.

Prolific

Dear Lord you are prolific. I cannot even handle how potent Episode 48 was. So validating to hear you articulate the reality of parting ways with someone not because of anything one or the other did “wrong” but because of a growing and increasingly undeniable awareness of an incompatibility.

Thank you for this raw and real truth.
It was a balm and a bomb.

Refreshing & Captivating

She peels away the whole onion and goes thoughtfully deep into important universal topics. Straight talk. Love the super cute laughs that must come out unconsciously every few minutes. Thanks for the real moments.
