    Healing from Narcissistic Abuse

    Healing from Narcissistic Abuse

I had the pleasure of being a guest on a Tipsy Monologue with my friend Lyrical Freedom. We had a cool conversation about a shared experience, being hurt by people with strong narcissistic traits... Check it out!

    Let’s Not Monopolize The Struggle

    Let’s Not Monopolize The Struggle

The world can be so black and white, and I think as a black women it’s easy for me to feel like the “black struggle” is the only or most important one. That’s far from the truth. The reality is the world is full of so many different ethnicities and we do them a disservice when we try to monopolize the struggle! **PS: it was “wine night” and we were definitely feeling it 😂

    Instinct vs Learned Behavior

    Instinct vs Learned Behavior

If we could just, as a human race, take our influence off of everything we will really see what naturally (without human tampering) is supposed to happen because people would actually live by instinct (and/or hopefully God’s influences) instead of peoples judgement. But that will never happen, we’re too far gone 🤣

The Comprehension of My Black Body

The Comprehension of My Black Body

I’m not perfect so I’m sure I’ve hurt many people, but if I’ve made ANY woman feel ashamed for the shape or size of their body I’m truly sorry. I hope that when you listen to me express myself and engage my friends in this conversation, that you began to have the conversation as well. I support Body Positivity ✊🏾❤️
