    • Entrepreneurship

Commercial Construction is an umbrella term that encompasses several different types and sizes of projects which infers that construction managers (CMs) can also vary depending on their focus. It’s sometimes referred to as ‘non-residential’ construction because the term ‘commercial construction’ is so broad. Commercial CMs are generally flexible in what they will work on, but you are best served when your CM specializes in your type and size project.
