The BEST Podcast for Everyday Runners !

I found this podcast a few months ago and was immediately hooked! Jeff and Steven make you feel like you’re just hanging out with old friends and having a good time. There’s plenty of humor, pro tips, running gear reviews, and encouragement for everyday runners of every stripe. If you’re strictly a road runner, you might just find yourself taking a detour from the asphalt to check out what the dirt has to offer. Come and join the Herd!
