Great step by step for new and old investors

This is the only podcast I know that gives such detailed step by step information on how to run your first real estate investment deal. I’ve been searching far and wide for more material on the ins and outs of how to buy, do due diligence, fund, and rehab deals and this podcast is it. Thanks, Bo, for being a great teacher and remember what it’s like being in a new investors’ shoes. Always excited for the next episode for this one.
