They answer questions on how to file a complaint, the latest Planning and Community Services annual report, nuisance property cases closed in 2022, code enforcement attendance at task force meetings, officer areas, and snow removal.

During this conversation they take a deep dive into what treatment courts are, history of the courts, how they work, costs, challenges, recidivism rates, and the benefits to the community as an alternative to incarceration. Laura Neil is the Program Manager of the Billings Adult Municipal Treatment Courts and Karlyle Duke is the Director of Court Services through the Rimrock Foundation.
