The Art of Allowing with Aleki Manu Parent Interview

The Art of Allowing with Aleki Manu Parent Interview

In this episode, Braxton sits with Aleki Manu to discuss how he engages his children in learning about life, sex, and relationships. He talks about how he engages with his wife and the principles of how he lives his life.  I've received feedback that people like the logical approach to sexual education and relationships, and people want to know what it looks like in REAL LIFE. They want to know the "How do others approach this?" This is one way to peer into how others approach these topics. Take what fits for you and leave the rest.  I'd love to hear what you think of this segment.  Leki shares his approach to parenting, partnering, and being. A theme you may feel in this episode is "allowing."  The segment is here to support you in hearing real-life individuals sharing how THEY have conversations, live their life, and engage in the important matters of sexual health. This is Leki's approach. Relax and Enjoy.

Amazing, informative

I wish I could give this podcast 10 stars. It is so educational, compassionate, healing, and SO important! I have binging all the episodes and love each one. So important to teach our kids about sex, shame and everything in between. Thank you Braxton!!!

50 Stars

I really need to spend more time podcasting! This way I could catch up on every single bee in your hive. In addition to being one of my favorite smart people, your show hosts my very favorite therapists, thinkers, writers, and speakers. Lennie Knowlton is all of those things, so it was a real treat to listen to the two of you talk for over an hour on trauma, shame, self compassion- connection-all the hard and most important things. Not only was this yummy but it was edifying. I learn so much every time I listen to one of your shows. Thank you!
