    Full Moon In Pisces Ritual

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit emilynachazel.substack.com Become a paid subscriber on Substack to access the full ritual. Leo is the sign we usually assign to the spotlight — the roar, the crown, the one at the center of the room. And there’s real truth in that. But underneath all the shine, Leo is the sign of the heart. The sign that rules children, our relationships with children, and the child living inside each of us. The sign that asks whether you have the courage to be seen without your armor on — first by yourself, then by anyone else. A new moon in Leo lands with this particular kind of tenderness. It’s a fire sign, yes, but the fire here isn’t performance. It’s courage. The steady flame that lets you drop the walls long enough to actually meet yourself. So this new moon, we’re going to do something Leo would love. We’re going to visit the younger version of you. Not to fix her, or to tell her what she got wrong, or to teach her something she should have known. But to see her. To let her see you. To find out what she came here to say. Because Leo knows that your inner child arrives as a teacher. She has a message. This lunation is asking you to be still enough to hear it. For this ritual, you’ll need: About 20 minutes in a quiet, private space A journal and something to write with A candle — Leo’s element is fire, and the flame is here to lend you a little of its courage Light your candle. Let yourself gaze into the flame for a few moments before you settle. Soften through the jaw, the third eye, the space around your heart. Notice any armor you’re wearing today, and let yourself set it down. This is not the moment to be on guard. And then, when you’re ready, let a younger version of yourself come forward in your mind’s eye. Don’t overthink it — trust whichever version arrives. Let her see you. Let yourself see her. She has come with a message. After you’ve sat with the ritual — how are you feeling? Take some time to reflect on what surfaced and let yourself continue to write for as long as it feels good. While the meeting is still fresh, write down what she said to you — even if it came as an image, a feeling, a color, a sound, rather than a sentence. And write down what you said back to her — the words of love, of acknowledgment, of you’re doing a great job that she may or may not have received the first time around. To close, place your right hand over your heart and your left hand on top. Feel your heartbeat. This is the same heart that has carried you through every chapter of your life, and it’s still carrying you now.

The Somatics of Support: How a Matriarch Lets Herself Be Held

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit emilynachazel.substack.com This month, for our paid subscriber call, we gathered around a question I hear from so many women who are carrying a lot: how do we actually let ourselves be held? So many of us say we want more support, and then when it arrives (the babysitter, the assistant, the partner we finally asked more of), it can leave us feeling like we have more to hold, not less. We slowed down long enough to feel why that happens, and what it truly takes to receive support that feels like support. Last month, in our Birthing the New call, we named what we most want for this season and how we want to show up. This felt like the natural next movement. Once we know what we want, we have to be able to let ourselves be supported in it, and to meet the resistance that so often rises the very moment we reach for the thing we most desire. We looked at what happens to support when there is no feedback woven through it, how it can start to feel overbearing, or misaligned, or unappreciated on both sides, and how feedback is the thing that lets support actually land. And then we went underneath all of it, into resistance, which I believe is the single most important skill to grow if you want a business and a life that hold you, rather than one you are forever holding together. We completed this month’s call with a somatic practice by dropping into the body to meet the part of us that says “no, but...” right at the edge of a dream, and asking it what it actually wants. Wherever you are with support in your life right now, whether it feels abundant or thin, whether you are the one always holding or the one learning to let go, there is nothing wrong with that. You are right on time. If you can carve out a few minutes to watch this month’s replay, I would love for you to join us. The practice inside is one you can return to again and again, any time a desire meets that familiar hitch in your body, no matter the season you find yourself moving into next. Inside I teach: A one-to-two-minute box breath that settles the nervous system into rest and digest, a far more generative place to create from Why support without feedback can leave you with more to do, not less, and how to turn feedback into a dance you get to lead The truth about resistance that so many caring, intuitive women miss, and why it is neither a red light to obey nor a green light to charge straight through A guided practice for turning your resistance up instead of down, letting it become a character, and asking it who it is and what it needs The three things to write down afterward so the shift ripples into your next 24 to 48 hours instead of staying on the cushion And after you tune in, I would love to hear: What did your resistance have to say? What is the one small thing you are doing in the next day or two to show a tender part of you that you have got her back? Share with me in the comments. There is so much power in being witnessed, in naming out loud what you want and how you are choosing to be supported in it. I will be honest with you. I teach this, I lead these practices, and I still feel the hands around my own throat when resistance comes up, especially at the edge of something I deeply want. That is the truth of this work. We do not arrive at it once and keep it forever. We come back, and back, and back again, ideally most days, or (almost) most days in this particular season of small children. The full live, including the guided resistance practice, lives inside the paid subscription, right alongside our monthly moon rituals (this month’s full moon in Aquarius ritual is already waiting in your feed) and our monthly community calls. If you know you need this kind of space, a place to keep coming home to yourself and to the parts of you that are asking to be heard, the door is open to you. It is just $8/month, and it is built around practice, ritual, and integration, rather than more information to consume. We are well past the information age. What serves us now is the space, and the company, to actually return to ourselves so we can take action from a place of intention and alignment. Let what you most want lead what comes next. I will see you in the comments, or inside the next live. Wishing you support that truly feels like support, Emily Get more from Emily Nachazel in the Substack app Available for iOS and Android

    New Moon In Cancer Ritual

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit emilynachazel.substack.com Cancer is the sign of the home, of mothering, of nourishing, of the long tender work of taking care. It’s the sign that knows what it means to feel, and to lead a family, and to hold the emotional weather of the people you love. It’s the sign of the ocean and the moon and every soft body of water you’ve ever returned to. And as the moon’s own sign, this new moon is where she’s most herself. Not asking us to plan or produce or push toward anything. Just asking us to feel. A new moon in Cancer is the most intimate seed-planting of the year. The intentions here don’t need to arrive as clean, articulated goals. Cancer isn’t asking for the perfect language. She’s asking you to notice which area of your life is quietly waving its hand — ready for a shift, or a reset, or just to be looked at again, as if you’re meeting it for the first time, or seeing it after a long time apart. Maybe it’s home. Maybe it’s family. Maybe it’s something with the mother, or with your own mothering. Whatever comes forward — trust it. And then ask the question that this whole lunation lives inside of: What part of me needs nourishing right now? What part of me craves caretaking? What part of me is asking for a little more love? And then — how can I give this to myself? Subscribe now For this ritual, you’ll need: About 15 minutes in a quiet, private space A journal and something to write with Whatever your intuition tells you would feel really good to bring in today. A crystal. An essential oil. A bowl of water. Trust what comes. Settle into your seat, sitting up but soft. Let your shoulders drop. Imagine yourself plugging into the earth beneath you. And when you're ready, place one hand on your belly and one on your heart, and ask the question. After you’ve sat with the ritual — how are you feeling? Take some time to reflect on what surfaced and let yourself continue to write for as long as it feels good. And try not to worry about perfectly articulating what you find. Under this moon, the work isn’t in the action. The most powerful manifestation happens in the feeling itself — the biggest magic we can make is with our desires. Come back to the feeling as many times as you can this cycle. I’d love to hear what came up for you in the comments over on Substack: https://emilynachazel.substack.com Big Hugs, Emily

30 Days of More Closing Celebration!

Congrats!!! You’ve made it to the end of the 30 Days of More Challenge! You’ve spent the past thirty days expanding what you believe is possible for your money, your work, your desires, and your leadership. This closing ritual was about bringing that expansion into the body on a deeper level and creating your plan of action on where to go from here. We moved, we celebrated, and actually let ourselves feel the wins instead of rushing past them on the way to the next thing on the list. Whatever you’ve done or haven’t done as a part of this challenge, I encourage you to watch this final training as it has the power to shift so much for you. Inside I teach: * Why it’s so important to physically celebrate both small and big wins (and why you’re subconsciously blocking your expansion when you don’t) * The essential mindset shift you need to make if you’re ready to stop looping on an old money pattern and actually live something new * A guided practice for identifying how your desire and fear both show up in the body, so that you can move forward living and leading from your desires instead of your fears. I’ve had so much fun leading you thru this challenge, and being stretched myself: showing up here (almost) every day for 30 days! This has been exciting and it’s also just the beginning. I hope you’ll consider upgrading to one of our paid tiers here on Substack. What to expect from your paid subscription: * Monthly live sessions like this one with me and guests, focused on practices and rituals to support you in stepping into your next level of expression, abundance and leadership * Monthly new & full moon rituals to connect you more deeply with your body and intuition * An intimate chat space with direct access to ask me questions on the practices and processes presented (FOUNDING MEMBERS ONLY!) The purpose of the paid tiers is not just to give you more information (because like I’ve shared in this challenge, the information age is over!). The purpose is to give you actual practices & rituals for taking action on, and a community to connect and grow with. If you’re reading this knowing you’re ready for a deeper support as you step into your next level as a leader, CEO and embodied change maker, I have a special invitation for you: We’ve opened two more spots inside The MOTHERMIND Leadership Training, and when you enroll this month you’ll get to join us for our in person retreat in June. The MOTHERMIND is a nine month feminine leadership training for the woman who is done carrying her business all alone and ready to scale through a web of support. Through monthly somatic trainings, private 1:1 calls and quarterly in person retreats, you will learn in strategy and in body how to grow your income & impact without sacrificing your health or family. Learn more about the MOTHERMIND Leadership Training & book a discovery call here. Let desire lead what’s next my friend. I’ll see you here, or inside the MOTHERMIND! 🌀 This post is part of 30 Days of More — a somatic money challenge designed to expand your capacity to hold and receive more money with less resistance. Each day includes a practice to help you turn your big feelings into fuel for big money. Free subscribers receive the daily posts and weekly money challenges, and paid subscribers get access to the somatic practices and integration journal prompts.
