Thank you for bringing joy to listeners and rage on!

Things are super rough in the world right now and I told my therapist I stopped listening to a lot of my news podcasts because listening to the news (rather than reading it) gives me debilitating anxiety. That is not the case with you guys. I love listening to your banter, your thought processes around the issues, and the whimsy of Amy vs Dahlia.

Feels Like Home!

Re: Giggle-gate: When I listen to this podast, of course I am excited to hear serious feminist conversation and critique which is so desperately needed in 2019. I also feel that it is worth saying that feminism is largely about community building as well, and I appreciate *also* hearing you debate and laugh about things like 90s fashion or the worst co-opting of Pride, because they are conversations that my friends and I might have as we think about and process the world around us. Anger and outrage are necessary, even crucial, but not the only things necessary for movement building. There is something to be said for coming to a podcast week after week that feels like home even in its casual moments in a world that often feels extremely alienating as a whole. Keep laughing! And I'll keep coming for the critique as well.

Thank you

Hi Dahlia and Amy! I'm a long-time listener of the podcast and wanted to say 'thank you.' I work extremely long weeks (60-70 hours) and am a full-time student at uni so I don't have much time for getting together with friends or down time. The podcast has helped me with that because not only do I get to listen to great discourse, but you both make the podcast feel like I'm sitting in a room with you and having a fun giggly and informed time. It's a great stress-reliever to just tune in or re-listen to old episodes. Thank you both so much for creating this great thing in my life and making a space I can go to for laughs and feeling happy <3
