My guest Reyna Chicas, Teacher Lead for Mi Primer Bitcoin, and I discuss the impact of Bitcoin education on young people in El Salvador, highlighting the transformation it brings in terms of financial literacy, empowerment, and hope. She shares the safety improvements in the country and personal experiences in overcoming past fears and restrictions.

Reyna serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Mi Primer Bitcoin. Her role involves strategic planning and execution for MPB's global impact. She also supports the administrative aspects of collaboration with the Ministry of Education, onboarding and training of new teachers, and fostering partnerships with educational institutions and enterprises in El Salvador.

Gary Leland aka The Bitcoin Boomer is the founder of the BitBlockBoom Bitcoin Conference in Dallas, Texas. BitBlockBoom is considered by many to be one of the top Bitcoin conferences in the world. 

He also produces the Bitcoin Boomer Show along with several other Bitcoin related podcasts and websites. 

Gary started his 1st e-commerce site in 1996, and in 2004 Gary became one of the first 50 podcasters in the world. 
In 2006 Time Magazine listed him in their list of 50 coolest websites. 
In 2016 he was inducted into the Academy Of Podcasters Hall Of Fame, and in 2017 The Mayor of Arlington, Texas proclaimed March 1st Gary Leland Day. 
In 2022 He co-authored Bitcoin And The American Dream.
