Yeah buddy!

I’m have the good fortune of being able to train with Professor Laurence at Carlson Gracie Temecula/Murrieta, and can definitely vouch for his skills and the info he shares here. He’s an absolute MONSTER on the mats but a super nice and humble guy whose knowledge of jiu jitsu and ways to better your game has helped me immensely.
From improving your strength to proper mindsets for class or competition, there’s info here that is beneficial to all belts and skill levels. Do yourself a favor and subscribe to this podcast, your game will only get better.
