Ah-Ha Moment

I have grown an appreication for the Black Women CEO podcast. Not only is the content empowering, there are muliple "lightbulb" or "Ah-ha"moments that help women release the old and shift into alignment with there purpose. My "lightbulb" clicked with the interview about confidence. I know what I am suppose to do, but I am stuck in the fear. Instead of doing what I love, I was settling. This podcast has become my classroom and I ready to learn some more.

Four mental health routines...

Hi my name is Regina. I am a grandmother of 8 children and their ages range from infancy to adulthood. After raising my three daughters, I am now raising one of my granddaughters. What resonated with me in this podcast was the statement that was made in reference to the importance of communication. And I loved the fact that my thoughts were reinforced. ”we can't read each other's mind” thank you. I also appreciated the flow of the podcast it felt as if I was listening to a conversation with several powerful women who were inspirational to me.
