This is where I go when I hike; to learn, grow and expand my mind.
As a woman, a lot of the information discussed on this show is revelatory and discloses TRUTH about exercise, nutrition, sleep and other factors that create optimal wellness.

As a mama of two babies, my time is precious and limited and I am selective with what I do with it. With that said, making time for this podcast is a must for me.
