More than just business!

This is a podcast where you think it will be all "business-y", and yes, it is. But so much of what they cover can be applied to your personal life. The ideas presented, back by research, can really make you re-think the way you conduct your business and your life. Well worth the time.

Incredible Business Podcast Re:Emotional Intelligence

This podcast was one of the best discussions I have heard regarding how emotional intelligence plays into your ability to be an effective leader. Ken Blanchard, Chad Gordon & guest Dr Travis Bradberry outlined some very good points on how to develop emotional intelligence, handle stress, and how these things play into leadership.

It is worth a listen.
