Well writing up a real estate contract while enjoying a nice glass of Blanton's Bourbon we do NOT recommend. However, talking about contract changes and procedure while enjoying a smooth bourbon...probably still not the best idea but we did it anyway. We have had some contract changes this year, 2020, in South Carolina so we thought we would give our professional opinions on what we think could even be better, things we liked, or disliked. Cheers!
