Blaxit Global Chrishan Wright

Michael Ruth (he/him), is a global explorer, teacher, health coach, mindset mentor, and BIPOC-focused yoga studio owner. He's a 10-year Navy veteran and comes from a career background in the surgical field, where he specialized in orthopedics and neurospine as a surgical first assistant. His personal yoga practice is specialized in Ancient African and Egyptian methods of yoga that benefit physical health as well as holistic, mental, and spiritual health.

In our conversation, Michael reflects on his decision to leave the U.S. and how it has opened up new pathways of self-discovery and personal healing.

Sharita Jennings has been a digital nomad since 2018, after leaving her traditional legal career in Washington, DC behind. There was no one defining moment that led her to move abroad, just a constant desire to shake things up in her life and travel the world slowly.

Sharita's original plan was to stay abroad for 6 months...fast forward almost 4 years later Sharita has lived in 5 countries and 8 cities mostly in Latin America and Europe. Hear her thoughts on scouting trips, dating abroad, becoming a travel content creator, and an unexpected return to the legal profession.

Adalia Aborisade is a veteran educator, world traveler, and coach. After reaching financial independence on a teacher’s salary, she packed up her then 15-year-old daughter, canine sidekick, and sewing machine for a move to Honduras and has never looked back. Adalia now calls Mexico City home.
