Real Estate Disasters and Dreams
We have lived in many apartment since moving to the Italian Alps, some of which have been great and others not so but we've had fun times regardless.
When you've moved as many times as we have you soon learn what to look out for when renting a place or at least where you will compromise and where you won't. We have certainly learnt from the latter. It's now very much a case of knowing what we like and what we don't. Are you the same?

February means Valentines is nearly upon us, eek!!!
Whether you celebrate this supposed "holiday" or not you won't be able escape the heart shaped balloons or soppy music being played where ever you go. We are lucky that the Italians even though they are known for their love and passion do not go big for this overly commercialised show of LOVE!
We can openly admit we are not the biggest fans of this romantic day so if like us you prefer to treat the 14th like any other day then tune in to hear all about our Valentines day fails and why we detest the day so much.

Real Friends and Red Flags
After a mini break we are back talking all things Friendship, what we value and what makes us wanna run for the hills (or mountains in our case). From never buying a round to wayy too much physical contact, it turns out we have a fair few friendship red flags! Are we too fussy?? We also had a little chat about making friends as an adult (It's less acceptable to ask someone to be your friend once you're over 10) and in particular making friends abroad!

Fitness Blues
After blue Monday we thought we would use this episode to get some things off our chests. Mainly having a little moan regarding stigmas surrounding January and fitness.
Why does Jan have to mean the start of a new fitness journey? or a new 'Diet'?
We know its the beginning of a new year but we feel its better to start when you are ready not when someone deems it the 'best time' to start. Also what if joining a gym or new fitness app isn't for you, why should we feel the pressure to follow this trend?
Join us for our moan/rant if you too are also struggling with motivation at this moment. The dark mornings/afternoons are really not helping!
