This is just what you want in an audio drama. I laughed. I cried. I ignored my family for hours at a stretch.
Everything comes together
So beautifully. The sound effects, conversations, and overlaying narrative in between it all makes a wonderfully put together story..adventure. Starts out in a corporate office setting and begins an in-ending plunge into the rabbit hole. So fun to listen while I’m at work in the Central Sterile department at hospital (we are allowed one earbud in but not both).
Just What I've Been Looking For
Amazing! The music, immersive sound effects, first-class script, characters seemingly made-to-order for their actors (or maybe vice versa? hehe), AND the use of real, current science. The post-episode discussions -- it's like these guys were my family for two days (binge-listener, yours truly). Had planned to skip those -- thought they'd take me away from the story. Glad I didn't. Very informative and entertaining.
I got into audio dramas to give my eyes a break from visual entertainment. Not going back if such quality audio keeps rolling in!
Side-note: Most fiction podcasts are either sci-fi or horror and I don't really enjoy those genres. More realistic (and even educational) stuff like this, please!
