Makes it seem simple and doable!

Each time I Listen to an episode I am reminded that becoming mindful while being productive is simple. I could listen to Serene’s voice all day. It is soothing, calming, relaxing, and encouraging all at the same time. I love that your son’s musical talents are exhibited in the intro. The content is so needed, so valuable. We all experience stress in our daily lives, and sometimes it feels overwhelming. While there are many ways to address this abundance of stress, Dr Shereef offers tools of mindfulness to help. She shares her journey and truly connects with the listener. I look forward to hearing more of this podcast and learning more of the tools to help me lead a more positive, purposeful, and mindful life.
