Rock star!

Kristy has a simple approach to the complex and emotionally charged subject of nutrition. She is realistic but firm with her beliefs and she knowledge shines through in the way that she explains concepts. I have been listening and learning from her for years and continue to learn from her. She is willing to change her trajectory as her life and viewpoints change and isn’t afraid to admit so. Love her honesty and hope she continues to produce high quality content for a long time.
