    ABOUT THE GUESTHolly Larsen is the proud mom of twin girls. One of them, Tula, was diagnosed on the autism spectrum and their family began a difficult but rewarding journey of healing after finding the Body Ecology Diet. Not only did it help their daughter recover from autism, but it helped the entire family. Holly was diagnosed with kidney disease at a very young age having her first kidney transplant at age 13, then a cancer diagnosis in 2011, then a second kidney transplant in 2020. Through Tula's experience she understands the importance of a healthy microbiome and wants to share her story of hope with others.

    In this episode, Donna is joined by Leo Galland, MD, a board-certified internist, and creator of the Coronavirus Guidebook. He explains the long-term impact CO-VID has on the body, in particular, the negative impact it has on ACE2 which plays a vital role in healing, and protecting the body and blood vessel health.

    Leo explains how the circulatory system is impacted negatively, which in turn puts incredible stress on the brain, nerves, and other systems. He also shares the step-by-step approach he is using to enable people to fully recover from COVID.

    Long-term inflammation after COVID is common. Some end up with long CoVid, while others have enough energy left to get through day-to-day life despite still being quite sick.

What?!

OK I have listened to many of Donna’s interviews. Back in the day when we weren’t streaming everything, I purchase quite a few of her CDs to learn about better health.

Most of the information in this interview contradicts many of the things that she was adamant about years ago.

So in this interview, there’s a lot of bad, all the foods we love, and have learned to trust through previous information that Donna given us, but where is the answer for all of this.

If you’re gonna give us the bad news give us a good news too, please.

Very informative and always fun to listen to. I usually listen to Body Ecology podcasts in my car when driving to and from work, and I am always amazed with the quality of information in a short amount of time (one podcast).
