Bobby is Real
Just finished ep 38. Haven’t listened to any of the non Mayfly story yet.
Not sure where things go, but it looks like it’s been a while since new content. I hope all is well.
You Dave’s are amazing. I failed many vigor checks while listening.
Thank you all for getting it to this point, I really hope there’s more to come. I have to find out what happens to them kids! You gotta do it!
Double plus hot fun
Fun. Funny. Has had me in tears on my commute as I clear the back catalogue. Found out about the show from the ad in “Gunn for Hire” on the FTB Actual Play Feed run by Chris Hussey as I cleared that back catalogue.
HILARIOUS
Bohemian Galaxy is so fun. The sci-fi setting allows the players to get in some bizarre situations in an already strange adventure. What sets this series apart is the players. They don't take themselves too seriously which makes for some hilarious shenanigans. It feels like you're part of the crew and are along for this very unpredictable ride.
Even if you aren't interested in playing role-playing games, you can just listen to this as though it's an audio drama. You hear them making rolls and dealing initiative, but this allows you to really feel the sense of risk when they roll and make (sometimes terrible) decisions. Since it is being played live, anything can happen. This keeps the story fresh and new in every episode.
This show is great and weird and dumb and makes me feel like I'm just hanging with some dudes in space. I'm totally going to learn how to play Savage Worlds now.
