Great simple fitness podcast

Ryan does a great job at breaking down fitness into bite sized chucks. Very smart and a fun and up beat speaker. Always enjoy the content.

Hands down the best health and fitness podcast!

The length of the podcasts is perfect! The episodes come with tons of useful information with content that is easy to understand, educational, practical, and fun. Plus, Bryan seems like a very down to earth individual. When I listen to him, it always seems like he is talking directly to me and understands what I’m going through. Hands down the best health and fitness podcast out there! I highly recommend subscribing!
