I published a SILENT Podcast episode last week & the experience was all together incredibly humbling.

It’s not stupid, careless or inept.

Humans make mistakes and that is what this was.

Even with all the systems, checking and double checking… at the end of the day we are human beings who are innately imperfect.

If you’ve made a mistake lately it doesn’t make you stupid, inept or incompetent. It doesn’t make you unqualified or careless. It makes you a human.
