Journey's end and new beginnings intertwine in this heartfelt farewell to the Mindful Midlife Crisis podcast as Billy and Matt toast to three transformative years. With nostalgia as our companion, I stroll down memory lane, reflecting on the peaks and valleys traversed in pursuing purpose and passion. Transitioning from a microphone to a classroom, I unveil the joys of my upcoming adventure—empowering adults in Seoul with the art of business English. Infused with the insights of my mindfulness meditation teacher certification, I explore the philosophies that now steer my educational approach. As we bid adieu to this podcast, I thank you, our listeners, for embarking on this journey with us, reminding you to continue cherishing personal growth and life's ever-evolving beauty. Billy and Brian have created something truly special here. This show is the right mixture of informative and playful!

Maya Acosta- Health Lifestyle ,

Very therapeutic

this show is entertaining and valuable with topics that are interesting for people my age. I love the discussion about the love languages, and other discussions about current topics.

Fattysmo ,

Helped change my mindset

Although I’m slightly younger than these guys (only slightly) I’ve undergone a major career pivot that, together with other factors, has pushed me towards therapy and mindfulness meditation. Listening to this podcast immediately helped me see that there are real guys out there who think about things and struggle through things and that the things I feel are ok to feel. This show has two just fantastic guys at the helm and I've appreciated the guests they’ve had, the topics they’ve covered, and the authenticity they’ve brought to the show. Can’t say enough good things!
