Book of Remembrance Chapter 3:67-73: The Lord of the Sabbath Mormon Kabbalah

    • Christianity

In this episode we go over Chapter 3:51-66 of the Book of Remembrance. Here we talk about the sixth day of the creation, and what that means to your call and ministry in Jesus Christ.

From the Book of Remembrance:

"And thus Elohim; by the works of the only begotten, and Michael, and the gods, did finish the heavens and the earth, and all the hosts of them. And the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God, or the children of Elohim, shouted for joy. And on the seventh day Elohim ended the work; and Elohim rested on the seventh day from all work, and all things which they had made were finished, and Elohim saw that they were good; and the gods saw this and said among themselves: On the seventh time we will end our work, which we have counseled; and we will rest on the seventh time from all our work which we have counseled. And thus the gods too concluded upon the seventh time, because that on the seventh time they would rest from all their works which they, the gods, counseled among themselves to form; and sanctified it. And thus were their decisions at the time that they counseled among themselves to form the heavens and the earth created. And thus Elohim blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it calling it Sabbath; because that in it Elohim had rested from all the work which was made."
