Booty of a Goddess

To anyone who’s on the fence about booty bands please give this a read!

So I’ve been using booty bands for about 2 almost 3 weeks. And I like to refer to myself as the “Squat Queen” to me squats are Bae it’s life! I started doing squats itself in May. Then in June I started adding 10lbs kettle bell. July I upgraded to barbell and it was okay. I was gaining the muscle but (no pun intended) wasn’t getting the lift or tone that I desired. Then I saw an ad for Booty Bands and I bought it at first cuz of the pretty colors and fabric. Along with the summer sale that was a steal of a deal! So I started incorporating it along with my barbell and OMG!!! I got killer results in 2 1/2 weeks than in 4 months!! Ladies today I was at the gas station lookin a hot mess bumpy af lol the whole 9. I was wearing a tee and leggings as I grabbed my bottle of water and sandwich. I caught a random guy and his friend staring at me I honestly didn’t care cuz hot mess express. The one guy stopped me and said “No disrespect but your beautiful!” And I said thanks you know no biggie and I hear his friend yea “that’s an 🍑 of a goddess!!” And I replied thanks it’s all “Booty Bands and Squats!!”

Ladies trust me I’m telling you these things are a game changer!! Literally Breaking Necks just like Danita says in the videos!!!
