Director Patrick Cady, ASC and Writer Shaz Bennett
You may recall the big chase scene in Bosch season 6 episode 3. Shaz Bennett wrote it and Patrick Cady directed it. We spoke with both of them to talk about this scene and many more in our interview.
Shaz and Patrick very generously shared their time and many great stories about working on the Bosch series. It was fantastic to hear from both the writer and director of the same episode.
Of course, we talk about J. Edgar and Harry chasing Charlie Dax, but we also spoke about the discovery of Alberto Gonzalves. Let us not forget that the cesium was also discovered in episode 3.
We talk sets, locations, cinematography, re-writes, Eric Overmyer, and more. As an avid Bosch fan, I find that these behind the scenes insights make viewing the show an even richer experience.
