Breathing & resting

What an awesome interview with Rocia, I’m happy this interviewed brought me to you, I love a new show to follow! I appreciate the light Rocia shed on self care & mental health. I am going to start saying no more. Thank you for your vulnerability and sharing the story of the friend you lost, bc that will be me if I don't start saying no! I take pride in my selflessness but I refuse for it to be my demise. I can't wait to take a break and attend the Attitude conference in AZ, if I get my registration sponsored that would be even better!!
