From day one that I heard this, I made progress with binging!

This Saved Me

I was an unaware anorexic (I lost 30 lbs eating 600 calories a day) until the day I finally broke. I was never satiated, even when I let myself eat- even when I let myself REALLY EAT lol. I woke up and went to sleep fantasizing over food. I spent my free-time googling and drawing- and eventually eating- food. My god, I DREAMED ABOUT FOOD MORE THAN ONCE. I DREAMED OF BUFFETS.

So I snapped. I became an unaware, confused binge-eater. (I gained 25 lbs back over two months.) I was lost, disgusted with myself and perplexed over what was wrong with me until I found Brain Over Binge. Brain Over Binge is comprehensive, intelligent, and motivational, and I will recommend it until I die. Its host has been through the same thing as all of us- and so have the guests that appear on the show. This podcast revolves around understanding oneself and our inner drive to binge- all the varieties that there are. Brain Over Binge Covers all the bases and more, before, during, and after your binge urges. Truly phenomenal. I am truly thankful. (And finally, truly healthy.)

Worked for me

I have suffered with an eating disorder for decades and have tried many different approaches -- therapy, OA, meditation, acupuncture, and the list goes on. I'm sure all of this past worked helped, but this podcast frames the issue and the approach in such a simple and clear way that it just clicked for me. I have never felt so in control over my urges to binge. I am very grateful.
