    Diet and exercise aren't enough. This is often the elusive missing piece in the puzzle of health restoration for many women. There is a difference between being busy and being stressed.

    I learned this lesson the hard way. My efforts for many years focused on diet and exercise and sort of applying stress management tools. But this state of chronic stress eventually lead to gut problems and then chronic inflammation.

    One symptom became many until I felt lost as to what to address first. Chronic inflammation finally triggered my genes and an autoimmune disease developed.

    I wish I knew then what I know now!
