The Brazenly Honest Podcast (formally the Axzenity Podcast) will keep the anxiety undertone. However, we are revamping the style of this podcast. We are focusing on why shame can cause anxiety and how being Brazenly Honest could reduce that anxiety. One must realize that anxiety is a part of life. We don't want to rid ourselves of that anxiety because it can protect us or make us strive harder to become a better person. Instead, we are going to figure out what our values are and stick with them instead of become complacent people pleasers that just blend in with whoever we are around.

    Overwhelmed and Underenthused

In this episode I talk about the values I am trying to accomplish and how what i am trying to do can cause me (us) to become overwhelmed. Sometimes we need to take a step back and realize why we don't feel as enthused to accomplish them. I finish this episode off with more on the confidence workbook.

    Politically Honest

    Politically Honest

Just a warning that you may not like what you hear. I will be going through hot topics that are political and answering them the way I think. If you can't listen to someone else's views without getting emotionally upset, Do Not Listen to this episode. This took a lot of courage to release after recording it. I even had to message Glen and see what his thoughts were on this topic. I feel anxious just typing this. But I am open to your side if your are cordial and want to send a voice message.

Enjoying this podcast

I enjoy the candid and real conversation of this podcast - it helps to know we are not alone in our anxiety

So helpful!

Listening to Gerald speak so openly about his struggles with Anxiety helps to normalize it for the rest of us. He’s doing an amazing job of presenting people with a wide range of coping skills for times of extreme anxiety or panic. His shows are also very well researched, which I greatly appreciate. I always enjoy his calming voice, as well!

Strongly recommend

I really felt at ease listening to this podcast. If you are wanting something to listen to as you debrief from the world, this is it. Gerald's vulnerability opened up a dialogue within myself, a spot check so to speak on how I am feeling at this moment. Strongly recommend you subscribe and listen now!
