Jeremy Edge joins us in episode 084 of the SHIPS Podcast. Jeremy, the Founder of EscapingThe.Com, shares his story as to why he created this counseling practice, stemming from his own personal addiction to gaming. We discuss how tech, in many ways, is keep us confined and has a strong hold over our lifestyles. Tech has the power to get in the way of healthy relationships. We have gotten so used to being comfortable that we are losing a sense of who we are. Because of this, Jeremy talks about how important it is to spread awareness about these growing issues and how we can work towards solutions.
