Shine the Light and Dissolve the Fear

Jill is so down-to-earth and warm. She shines light on the mechanics of fear in our body, and how if we just slow down we can get in touch with what’s happening deep inside. Allowing ourselves to open up and lean into our deeper discomforts, we can face what’s there and use our inner wisdom to feel it and release it. Really enjoyed her powerful meditation to bring us to this deep awarenesses where we can choose to let go of what no longer serves us.
