    Seth Burgett is a seasoned entrepreneur, prolific inventor, global executive, and board member with over 40 patents pending or granted. Burgett has an extensive background of leading start-ups to profitable and market leading enterprises. Burgett’s most notable inventions include a series of medical device robots used to navigate guidewires within the brain and catheters in the heart using a joystick. A world’s first innovation enabling transcontinental heart surgery. These robots led to an IPO (STXS) in 2004. Burgett, as Chairman and CEO of Yurbuds Sport Headphones, led the company to the #1 Sport Headphone in the US in less than 5 years, and #1 Globally in 7 years. Yurbuds raised $20M in capital and achieved an order from Best Buy in just 18 months. Growing from $0-50M in revenue within 5 years, the venture achieved an exit in 7 years of its inception. The company was successfully sold to Harman International, a Samsung Company, and currently the product is marketed under the JBL brand. Post-sale, Burgett served as Vice President and General Manager for Harman International, organically growing a division 55% in 18 months and moving the overall business of headphones from 22nd position to 5th position globally. Burgett’s awards and accolades include Forbes 9th Most Promising Company in America and receiving an Honorary Professional Degree in 2015. Burgett’s most recent passion project, Gateway Bronco, has achieved a world record winning sale at auction, has received a license from Ford Motor Company and leading the market with the world’s first EV Bronco in just four years of business. Burgett holds multiple degrees including a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri S&T, executive certificates from MIT and Stanford in Finance, Strategy and Innovation and as well as earning an Executive MBA at the Olin School of Business at Washington University, where he is a frequent alumni speaker, and Fudan University in Shanghai, China where he was presented with the Inspirational Leadership Award.     After graduating from Washington University with a degree in Graphic Design, Tom started creating visuals for corporate presentations and events – eventually working as Creative Director and Producer he developed, designed and managed projects for Fortune 500 companies; including interactive elements, video presentations and large corporate events. Tom started working for Elsevier in 2004 in various roles in Operations; Multimedia, Book Production, and Electronic Production. His responsibilities included working with stakeholders to develop new workflows, new content usage and delivery. He began managing electronic content delivery teams at Elsevier – leading the teams through the opening of offshore offices and the subsequent shift of resources away from onshore offices. At Elsevier, Tom managed a global team with members in the UK, Netherlands, India and the United States. In 2020, in the midst of the brewing pandemic, Tom shifted companies to join Safety National Casualty Corp. to manage a team of Business Analysts. As a manager Tom has experienced a variety of challenges – ambitious team members, cultural differences, layoffs, personal conflict and corporate indifference – developing skills along the way to approach each experience with a mixture of grace, understanding and open communication.     Yonason Goldson, director of Ethical Imperatives, LLC, works with leaders to create a culture of ethics that builds trust, sparks initiative, and drives productivity. He’s a keynote and TEDx speaker, trainer, coach, and community rabbi, as well as a columnist and author, repentant hitchhiker, world traveler, and retired high school teacher in St. Louis. He’s published hundreds of articles applying ancient rabbinic wisdom to the challenges of the modern secular world, and six books, most recently Grappling with the Gray: an ethical handbook for personal success and business prosperity. His other books include: Dawn to Destiny, an overview of ancient Jewish history and philosophy Proverbial Beauty, a collection of contemporary insights taken from King Solomon’s Book of Proverbs Fix your Broken Windows, a guide to creating a culture of ethics, trust, and productivity After graduating from the University of California with a degree in English, Yonason’s travels brought him to the land of Israel, where he immersed himself in the study of ancient law, history, and philosophy for the next nine years, eventually earning his rabbinic ordination from the head of the Jerusalem High Court. He then embarked on his 23-year career teaching high school, first in Budapest, Hungary, then in Atlanta, Georgia, and finally for 20 years in St. Louis, Missouri, where he lives now with his wife, Sara Miriam. They have four children and two grandchildren. In 2016, Yonason retired from teaching to start his company, Ethical Imperatives, LLC, offering keynote speeches, training, and executive coaching. His video series, News of the Day, offers ethical outlooks on headline news.
