Energy and Consciousness Awakening Yogi Breath Guided by Michaël Bijker
Otherwise known as Chit Shakti Prakriya Pranayama will give you an espresso shot of energy. This is a strong yogic breathing technique. It is beginner friendly and a shortened version of the full practice.
Recommend doing it either in the morning of afternoon.
Avoid doing late at night as you may have trouble sleeping
DON'T DO THIS BREATHING TECHNIQUE IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS HEART PROBLEMS, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR EPILEPTIC! (try instead episodes 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 13 for more relaxing calmer breathing and meditation techniques)
Sit back tall and enjoy the breathing meditation.
