Breathing Exercise for Stress - Breathing Meditation for Turbulent Times
I almost didn't put a meditation out this week because I was feeling so emotional from all that's going on in the world. That said, I know that when this happens to me, I need meditation more than ever. So, today's practice is a simple yet powerful breathing technique for slowing down the body during times of stress. This works as both a stress reduction/stress relief technique, as well as a powerful practice for simply entering a state of deep relaxation.
