Brett Madsen: Permit Philly

Brett Madsen is founder of Permit Philly a full-service firm dedicated to helping property owners getting their Philadelphia permits for building and zoning as quickly and simply as possible. 

Brett has an unusual backgtround. He has a degree in music composition and worked as a teacher before he found his true calling helping people get their permits. 

In this interview Brett talks about how he came to start Permit Philly after working for a zoning law office and gives us the scoop on changes to Philadelphia's construction codes that went into effect earlier this year for both commercial and residential properties.
