Brian Babcock of Suisun Creek Winery Exploring the Wine Glass

It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! Today, I am sitting down with Brian Babcock of Suisun Creek Winery in you guessed it, Suisun Valley. They currently grow and maintain 7 different varietals of grapes, including: Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Charbono, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The property was originally purchased by Brian’s father Howard, who planted it with cherry, prune and pear trees over 40 years ago.
