This all leads to an intense showdown in Packing Town where Allegra and Jake meet with Clyde Brattle, and it is revealed that Chief Raytek was actually the second bomber, killing Strucker to cover her own tracks. A power struggle for the evidence against the senator ensues and results in the deaths of Clyde Brattle, Gene Colder, and Chief Raytek. As Jake walks away, the last man standing, it is revealed that Allegra had the real evidence hidden all along. The group was actually fighting over the wrong recording, the one of Felicity asking none other than Jake Spivey for help. With this shocking reveal, Jake confronts Allegra at her childhood home, unable to pull the trigger, as he lets her walk away victorious in vengeance. When Allegra and Jake escape their captor, they find themselves in a difficult situation as their van crashes in the middle of the desert. Once all Hope seems to be lost, a camel leads Jake and Allegra to Candy Bar Bains, the man behind the mysterious radio transmissions and heir to the Bains sugar fortune. As he helps Allegra and Jake get back to town, Chief Raytek meets with Cyrus, and the two strike an unlikely deal. As the two parties reach a foul agreement, A.D. records the entire encounter, giving Allegra the leverage she needs to take them all down.

Allegra Dill (Rosario Dawson) finds out Felicity had a burner phone and recruits the help of AD Singe to find it. Jake Spivey throws a party for Saint Disgrace’s wealthy elites to “honor” the mayor. Floyd Ferness is on the run from the cops with a manhunt underway for him. A.D Singe unknowingly meets Gene Colder’s wife, Lucrecia, who helps him find the location of Felicity’s burner phone. Allegra and AD visit the location and find Felicity’s real apartment, with Harold Snow hiding out in the closet. On her way home, Allegra encounters Clyde Brattle who tells her he wants to turn himself in. He drops her off at a secluded warehouse where she finds countless drones.
