Role model for how to run a company with kindness, generosity, and inclusivity

I stumbled upon this podcast several days ago I recognized the name, Maria Melfa, and remembered back to my short stay at Framingham South high school. could this be Maria Melfa that I attended American and English literature classes with? Indeed, this is Maria! She probably doesn’t remember me, but I am very glad to know that she has had what appears to be a very rewarding, fulfilling life/career. It sounds like she has mentored and been exceptionally instrumental not only in building her company, but perhaps, most importantly, she has clearly demonstrated the best leader ship for the individuals who work with her! How commendable and admirable. if I was looking to work for a company, this sounds like the type of company I would be interested in working for.
Best regards!
