Sorry it's been so long. I started @hotgirltalkspodcast with Halley and Carly I stopped this one. I've been meaning to get back to it so here it is! It's my podcast about mental health and navigating life. This podcast has always been very vulnerable and will continue to be. I'm excited to be back and to share more with you.
