Susan West is Owner and General Manager of M2 Well-Being, Arizona’s only mobile mindfulness studio, and one of the nation’s first. M2’s mission is to meet communities where they are, and provide resources, tools and inspiration to improve mental health and well-being. 
 
Susan launched M2 to make mindfulness practice more accessible and relevant to busy professionals and integrate practice into workplace culture for the long-term. She leverages her 30-year business career leading integrated marketing teams, products and budgets; her experience includes Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, Director at Parchment, Assistant Dean at Arizona State University and business owner.
