Recommend to anyone looking to know a little bit more

Started listening in August and been hooked Since. The guys have great discussion and do their best to answer the text subscriber questions (which I recommend to all diehard buckeye fans).

Doug claims he’s not a fan of the team, but in reality he’s a fan with a realistic view of the team. Doug, if it makes you feel any better, I didn’t think your 9-3 prediction was crazy.

Solid coverage w/ a glaring issue

I have been listening since Doug and Bill hosted with some super old guy who did not add much. I then really enjoyed the pod when it was just Doug and Bill.

I think Stephen has improved since the 2018 season, and I am rooting for his continued growth (especially as a fellow KSU alumnus).

However, I cannot seem to shake the feeling that Nathan (a white fella who is probably 35+), is incredibly dismissive of pretty much every comment Stephen (a young, black guy) makes. The tone of voice and general attitude from Nathan toward Stephen reeks of disrespect, and it is getting distracting.

Now, I fully expect any rebuttal to be something akin to "get that race crap out of here," as that is the signature move of whites in the Midwest any time racial bias is suggested. Just know that you are seen, and pretending bias does not exist is a weak lie.

I am simply asking that the PD listen to the past episodes of this pod and consider its diverse audience in Cleveland.

Lastly, nobody cares about when Nathan covered Purdue.

Not for TRUE Buckeye Fans

This is not a podcast for True Buckeye fans. Doug cares more about bending over backwards not to be a "homer," than he does about entertaining Ohio State fans looking for both information AND comfort. There must be some Northwestern Journalism Fraternity that he hangs out with and is fearful of having his "journalistic integrity" questioned. The podcast is WAY too long with too much fluff, like meaningless food talk. Nine and three Doug might still think Demario McCall is the best player on the team.
