Buddhism and Wellness with Courageous Wellness founders Aly French and Erica Stein The Find Your Awesome Podcast

In this week’s episode, I talk to two incredible humans about their respective paths to Buddhism and what it has done for them. Erica Stein is a director, producer, and wellness enthusiast. She is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, wellness expert, and she works to help women across the world feel secure and happy in their own bodies. Aly French is a professional performing artist, and is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and wellness expert. She works to educate people about eating to feel their best and to be their own health advocates. Together, Erica and Aly are the brilliance behind Courageous Wellness, a podcast and health coaching business. I first met Erica and Aly on their podcast (the episode won’t air until 2022) and I kind of fell in love with them. I couldn’t wait to share their energy, curiosity and wisdom with The Find Your Awesome Podcast audience.
