These are the change makers of the UK!

Seriously - as an American who’s seen where Paleo has gone on our side of the pond, I can tell you that the people on this show are the ones making it happen in the UK. Their information is incredibly valid and will help change millions of lives! If you want to know how to change your health, life, and looks... this is the show for you.

Paleo is not a real thing

The word paleo makes me cringe because there is no such thing. The the ancient people had a diet dominate in plants, grains and seeds. The meat they ate on rare occasion after hunting it did not in anyway resemble modern meats.

Red meat is classified as a carcinogen by the world health organization. According to Dr Valter Longo high protein diets will shorten your life span significantly. That is based on real science. Maybe read his book Longevity Diet. Another based on real science The Alzheimer’s solution.

I try to get past the paleo word to see if there is anything of value here. Then I hear avoid greens. Are you kidding me!

This program is irresponsible and dangerous.
