Hey Sam. I really enjoyed this episode. I have seen a lot of claims on the internet lately demonizing coffee on an empty stomach. Your information helped debunk the theory and eliminate unnecessary concern. Thank you for the value packed information you put out regularly!
Summarizes A Variety of Research

I research stuff like this all the time and somehow Sam Miller is able to reference even newer, higher quality data than I can find. It’s truly a gift of his. I’m always learning something and it’s framed in a way I can easily pass on to others.

Sam and his team provide a research based, information dense podcast for nutrition and overall health that will make you want to listen to an episode twice, just to soak it all in. I have been listening frequently for about a year and go back into his archive of episodes for more good topics. High five Sam, thanks for for what you.
Volume up please
14 mai
I have been subscribed for over a year and have not listened to more that 3 episodes cause anytime I try I find my self turning the volume up and still can’t hear what’s being said. Please give me the option of turning the volume down if it’s too loud rather than turning it up and still can’t hear. And no it’s not my hearing cause between my bdoump and other podcast I can hear just fine. I don’t leave reviews much but I truelly love hearing from you cause I have heard you in other podcast and wanted to hear more of you message. I will come back and change my review I’m just hoping I get your attention enough to up your volume. Great guy btw too bad I can only hear you in other peoples podcast.
