BIGGEST TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE
Food is about love, connection, belonging, and nourishment. But it is also about listening to our own bodies and learning to tap into our inner wisdom when it comes to this relationship.
In Oona's opinion, there is no such thing as healthy food. It is all about the relationship that we have to it.  When we focus on food in reference to variety, satisfaction, and pleasure, we are already creating a different relationship just by the language that we utilize. When we have rules, restrictions and too much rigidity in reference to food and movement, preventing disorders.
Embrace the power shift that is happening right now and use it to create a learning plan most appropriate for your children and family.
