These days the word accountability seems like it might be antiquated, unnecessary, or just plain silly but today we are talking about the impacts it can have on your leadership and career. It's not always an easy thing to do but then aren't most things that we difficult the ones that bring the most rewards?

Sometimes our life and career can feel a bit stagnant especially when we are not going out and doing new and interesting things each week. This week's episode has us talking about taking stock of how we are feeling, what areas can and need to be tweaked, and how to get yourself out of the rut.

Do you feel like your team or co-workers do not respect you fully? Having trouble getting others to see you as a leader or the boss? Does it seem like you are always "giving an inch" and others want the whole mile? It's a good chance that you might not be enforcing your boundaries or worse not setting any. We all have boundaries that we find acceptable with the way people act around us, speak to us, respond to our requests or guidance. In this episode we are talking about what happens when we don't maintain those boundaries and how to effectively put them back into place.
