Aaron is a technology and entertainment attorney in New York who has a passion for real estate and passive investing. Aaron and Steve met in college at Boston University and years later started a small business flipping houses after having a discussion at a friend's wedding. Aaron started in real estate during college, helping rent out units for his landlord and his first job after college was as a real estate salesperson in Boston, specializing in rentals. Eventually, Aaron started investing in real estate, mostly in flipping houses. After working for several years, mostly in nightlife, Aaron went back to school to get a law degree, focusing on intellectual property. Currently Aaron is an in-house attorney with a leading software company, runs a small entertainment law practice, is a passive investor with IHG and a landlord.
